Australia’s largest Mobile Wildlife Hospital secures a permanent sustainable home

The Hospital’s move to the 2.7-hectare site at Knockrow in Northern New South Wales ticks lots of sustainability boxes with facilities and natural environments to treat, rehabilitate and care for wildlife patients on-site, as well as educational wildlife experiences and hospitality services for locals and visitors. The site formerly known as the Macadamia Castle, an animal park with hospitality and retail facilities also has a solar energy system and electric vehicle charging station which will provide immediate clean, renewable energy sources to power their operations.
